# House rules

> The short house rules of the Geenius Community: be kind, keep each side for its purpose, no spam or self-promotion without context, no private data.

Source: https://community.geenius.io/docs/rules/

The rules are short.

1. **Be kind.** Disagree with ideas, never with people.
2. **Keep each side for what it is for.** Using Geenius goes on Users, building on it on Developers.
3. **No spam, and no self-promotion without context.**
4. **Never post anyone's private data**, yours included.

If something breaks them, use **Report** in the menu of the post or reply and say in a few words what is wrong.
